We are looking for a  Senior UX Designer  to drive user-centered design across our digital products and platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate user research into actionable design solutions, creating cohesive, accessible, and innovative user experiences. The ideal candidate is a seasoned UX professional with strong expertise in user research, interaction design, and information architecture, capable of leading design projects from concept through to final implementation.  Key Responsibilities:   UX Strategy and Design Leadership : Define and lead the UX design strategy for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.  User Research & Testing : Conduct and oversee user research initiatives, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics reviews, to understand user needs and inform design decisions.  Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively. Collaborate with UI designers to refine visual and interactive elements.  Information Architecture : Organize content and information to ensure users can navigate and find information intuitively, aligning with best practices for accessibility and usability.  Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to incorporate technical requirements, iterate on designs, and deliver seamless product experiences.  Advocacy for User-Centered Design : Champion UX best practices and a user-first approach across the organization, providing insights into industry trends and evolving design standards.  Accessibility and Inclusive Design : Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards, optimizing for diverse user needs and promoting an inclusive user experience.  Requirements Experience and Skill Set Requirements Required Qualifications:   Education : Bachelor?s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in UX design are a plus.  Experience :  7+ years  of experience in UX design, preferably with a portfolio that demonstrates success in designing complex and scalable digital solutions.  Proven experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research methods. Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience designing for diverse user needs.  Technical Skills :   Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar.  Knowledge of user research and analytics tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Google Analytics, Hotjar).   Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS) to communicate effectively with development teams.  Soft Skills :  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to non-design stakeholders.  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality work within deadlines.  Mandatory Skills Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar. Knowledge of user research and analytics tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Google Analytics, Hotjar). Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-phase projects, with a track record of on-time and on-budget delivery.  Nice to Have Skills Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS) to communicate effectively with development teams .- LocationToronto, ON
