We are seeking a *creative and results-driven Digital Marketer* to join our dynamic *team* as Marketing Director. This is a *Full-Time, In-Person Position* requiring on-site collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, e-commerce, and SEO, with the ability to create engaging content that drives traffic and conversions. This role requires proficiency in various digital tools and platforms, as well as a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. As Director of Marketing, you will lead and oversee marketing efforts, aligning them with organizational objectives to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall sales growth. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, blogs, and digital advertising, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. * Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement. * Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer preferences. *Content Creation and Brand Management* * Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite for various campaigns. * Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand standards. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation. * Monitor and engage with customer feedback across social media channels and online platforms, strengthening customer relationships and community engagement. *Influencer and Partnership Management* * Build and manage relationships with social media influencers and bloggers, coordinating partnerships to enhance brand visibility. * Manage influencer campaigns, including product seeding, content creation, and performance tracking, to ensure effective and authentic promotion. *Team Collaboration and Innovation* * Lead brainstorming sessions and bring creative ideas to the table for marketing initiatives and campaigns. * Inspire and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation. * Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge. *Education and Experience* * Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. * Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a strong track record of successful campaigns. *Skills* * Proficiency in Shopify, Email Marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong skills in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Final Cut, and Canva. * Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and Social Media Advertising best practices. * Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to interpret metrics and improve marketing strategies. * Creative and innovative thinker with problem-solving abilities. *Language Skills* * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in *English and French*. *Other Requirements* * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving work setting. * Interest or experience in influencer marketing and brand partnerships. *Salary and Benefits* * Competitive salary based on experience. * Benefits include health insurance. *How to Apply* *Submit your cover letter, and a portfolio showcasing your work in digital marketing to info@unionltg.com* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Paid time off * Store discount Schedule: * Monday to Friday Application question(s): * Please submit a cover letter and examples of your work (email campaign ,video, blog ..) to info@unionltg.co- LocationMontréal, QC
