*Job Overview:* Dessert Yard is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic *Front of House Supervisor* to oversee our operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth flow of daily activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a knack for creating exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, dessert-focused environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Team Management:* Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff, ensuring high performance and excellent customer interaction. * *Customer Service:* Maintain superior customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. * *Operational Oversight:* Supervise daily FOH operations, including seating arrangements, reservations, and order flow. * *Scheduling:* Prepare and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage during peak hours and events. * *Training & Development:* Onboard new team members and provide ongoing training to uphold Dessert Yard?s service excellence. * *Inventory Management:* Ensure FOH areas are fully stocked with supplies and coordinate with the kitchen team as needed. * *Health & Safety:* Enforce cleanliness and hygiene standards to comply with food safety regulations. * *Sales Monitoring:* Assist in driving sales by suggesting upsell opportunities and monitoring daily revenue targets. *Qualifications:* * *Experience:* Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry. * *Skills:* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * *Knowledge:* Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations. * *Attributes:* Friendly, customer-focused, and capable of handling high-pressure situations. *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary and benefits * Opportunity to work in a dynamic, dessert-centric environment * Professional growth and development opportunities *How to Apply:* If you?re passionate about hospitality and thrive in leadership roles, we?d love to hear from you!
