*Job Overview*
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, customer service skills, and technical knowledge to effectively communicate our products and services to potential customers. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying market trends and customer needs, ensuring that we remain competitive in the industry.
*Responsibilities*
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess competition.
* Present product offerings effectively to clients, demonstrating their value and benefits.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales leads.
* Manage accounts effectively, ensuring ongoing communication with clients to foster long-term relationships.
* Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in outside or technical sales roles.
* Some industry knowledge preferrable, whether in the door industry or construction as a whole.
* Strong understanding of account management principles and customer service best practices.
* Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
* Ability to understand technical concepts is essential.
* Proficiency in market analysis to identify opportunities for growth within assigned territories.
* Bilingual in French is highly desirable but not mandatory; strong communication skills are essential.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
* A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
* Some travel may be required as we breach new markets across Canada and the United States.

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
