*Responsibilities:* * Provide the highest level of customer service by identifying client needs and exceeding their expectations. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets. * Enter client information into the 180 (CRM system). * Foster new business and contribute to the company?s client base by following up on leads from various sources. * Proactively seek potential customers to expand the client base. * Maintain extensive product knowledge of all vehicle models, specifications, pricing, features, colors, options, and standard equipment. * Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle?s operational features, managing expectations through honest and full disclosure. *Requirements:* * Fluent in English, either Mandarin or Cantonese are assets. * Excellent communication skills and adept at interacting with clients. * Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented. * Adherence to company sales processes. * Extensive knowledge of vehicles, particularly European brands. * Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and problem-solving. * Valid VSA and driving license (Class 5\*). * Preference for candidates with at least 1 year of automotive sales experience. *Benefits:* * Competitive performance-based compensation. * Extended medical care. * Dental care. * Vision care.
