We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Assistant. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be intimately involved in all business activities, assisting and executing on a wide variety of work related to strengthening and growing the business.
*LOCATION*
Calgary or Cochrane, Alberta. Work will be a combination of in-person and remote, some travel may be required.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Organizing and coordinating all incoming and outgoing communication, including phone, email, and internal communications (e.g. slack). This will include both responding directly to some messages and prioritizing/coordinating responses to others.
* Owning and optimizing calendar commitments, including adding events and responding to reschedule requests from internal team, investors, shareholders, sales prospects and customers.
* Owning and running a daily sync meeting with the CEO to review key upcoming commitments, work in progress, and actions required
* Completing a variety of work including, but not limited to, outreach, research, generating reports, attending events, drafting or compiling follow-up materials, drafting proposals, making bank runs, etc
* Interacting with and managing vendors
* Managing various software platforms and coordinating access through onboarding and offboarding of employees
* Planning and organizing travel, events, and other activities to support relationships across internal team, partners, and customers
* Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

* Familiarity with Google suite, Office 365, and other common software packages

*EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE*
* Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
* 2+ years of demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant or equivalent role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
