<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Sure Print & Design is a book printing and publishing company based in Richmond Hill, Ontario. We leverage our high capacity book printing capabilities to deliver flexible book printing solutions to publishers, authors, schools, print shops and designers. We are seeking an Account Sales Representative to join our team!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Customer communication, send out quotes, generate sales estimates/invoices</li><li>Prospect and contact potential customers</li><li>Follow up quotes and promote sales</li><li>Resolve customer inquiries and complaints</li><li>Assist customer to follow proper design specification for printing</li></ul><p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields</li><li>Familiarity with CRM platforms </li><li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li><li>Strong negotiation skills</li><li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li></ul><p>Desire candidate must be self motivated, have excellent customer service skills with an ability to manage customer complaints. Solid multitasking skills and a strong work ethic. Team player with the ability to work independently. Knowledge in Adobe suite is a bonus. Willing to accept challenges and problem solving.</p><p>Preferred candidate will be experienced in either the printing industry, books & publication field or graphic design knowledge.</p></div></div>- LocationRichmond Hill, ON
