*Guest Experience Specialist *
As avid travellers, we continually made self-care a part of our destinations. Always on the hunt for the most inspiring and inviting places around the world for holistic treatments, we never quite found what we were looking for. After many years of searching, we created a space where art and wellness collide. A spa that many would want to frequent, and never leave. We have been open since August of 2021 and we want you to continue in our journey of growth together.

*What you?ll do:*
* Greet guests in a friendly, personable way and check them in as they arrive.
* Book appointments accordingly for all practitioners, via phone or online.
* Check out guests in a swift manner, making the experience a memorable one for all.
* Cleaning/sanitizing as needed, to adhere to Alberta Health Guidelines. As well as end of day cleaning.
* Must have experience using a booking software in a clinic/spa setting. Jane software experience an asset.
* Experience with insurance direct billing.
* Team player. Helpful to other teammates.
* Social media _(Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)_ savvy an asset.

* Proficiency in a Mac environment, POS systems and booking software.

*Possible Shifts for Coverage when needed*
* Mondays: 9:30am - 2pm or 2pm -7pm
* Thursdays: 3/5pm-9pm
* Fridays: 3/5-9pm
* Saturdays: 9:30am-2pm or 2pm - 6pm
* Sundays: coverage if needed from 10:30am - 5pm
_The above are possible shifts needed for coverage when other Guest Experience team members away. Shifts may be more or less than what is outlined. _
We are conveniently located in the Richmond/Knob Hill/South Calgary area, just 8 short blocks away from the hub of Marda Loop.
