Key Responsibilities Landscape Preparation: Perform grading, leveling, and preparation of soil for planting and hardscape installations. Installation: Plant trees, shrubs, and other greenery; install sod, irrigation systems, and hardscape features. Maintenance: Provide basic care to newly installed landscapes, ensuring optimal growth and aesthetics. Problem-Solving: Address on-site challenges, such as poor soil quality or difficult terrain, with innovative solutions. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols during landscape operations.
