Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Manage training and development strategies. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Oversee development of communication strategies. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants. Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
