*Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)* *Location:* Northgate Clinic *What We Offer* * *Quality Care:* Join a dedicated team that provides high-quality treatments with a focus on positive patient experiences. * *Multilingual Environment:* Be part of a diverse team that speaks a variety of languages, including Tagalog, Punjabi, French, Arabic, Hindi, Farsi, Portuguese, Urdu, Mandarin, and Cantonese, helping us connect with a broader community. * *Supportive Team Culture:* Become part of a collaborative, compassionate team that values every member and encourages professional growth. *Key Responsibilities* * *Chairside Assistance:* Perform clinical chairside assisting duties during dental procedures. * *Patient Education:* Provide oral health treatment and education to patients, ensuring they are informed and comfortable. * *Treatment Room Preparation:* Clean and prepare treatment rooms following proper infection control protocols. * *Record Maintenance:* Assist in maintaining dental charts, records, and databases. * *Patient Relationships:* Build strong, professional relationships with patients to ensure a positive experience. * *Administrative Support:* Support the front office team with various tasks as needed. *Position Requirements* * *Certification:* Must be a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). * *Communication Skills:* Strong verbal and written communication skills. * *Organizational Skills:* Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. * *Teamwork:* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. * *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an asset. *About Passion Dental Group* At Passion Dental Group, we are committed to fostering a positive culture where good people thrive.
