*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs for patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to work effectively in a hospital setting, particularly in acute care and pediatrics. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients? physical abilities and needs. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical history. * Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery and mobility. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. * Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries. * Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology. *Qualifications* * Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. * Valid physiotherapy license to practice in the province of employment. * Should be a Resident/Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario. * Experience in a clinic environment, particularly in acute care settings, is preferred. * Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice. * Experience or interest in working with pediatric, adults and geriatrics patients is a plus. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.
