Position #: 087285 Expected Start Date: December 02, 2024 Union: CUPE Facility: Fillmore Health Centre City/Town: Fillmore Department: Residential Care Unit Type: Casual FTE: 0 Shift Information: Days, Nights, Evenings, Weekends Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: No Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)Competencies- Communication skills- Organizational skills- Basic - Computer skills- Interpersonal skillsKnowledge and Abilities- Ability to work independentlyOther Information- Food Safe certificate, where required- Valid driver's license, where required- Conditional hire must complete required education/equivalent within 2 years- Official Description at: //www.working-for-health.ca/supportjobevaluation- If no qualified applicant(s) a conditional hire may be considered- No Guaranteed Hours- Must be available a minimum of 2 days per week.
