Position #: 087033 Expected Start Date: December 02, 2024 Union: HSAS Facility: Tatagwa View City/Town: Weyburn Department: Digital Health - Virtual Care South Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: August 29, 2025 FTE: 0.43 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 96.00 hours per 6 week rotation Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: Yes Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Health Educator - Staff $36.518 to $44.655 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: The major objective of this position is to increase, by various means, the use of Telehealth technologies in the area and as identified by the Telehealth Saskatchewan Program Manager. This position is responsible for the assessment, development and coordination of Telehealth initiatives as well as the development of resource materials, awareness programming and promotion for Telehealth utilization.
