*Job Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extensions and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell services will play a key role in our success. *Duties* * Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction with each service. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. * Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs throughout their visit. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services. * Upsell additional services or products that enhance the client experience, contributing to overall sales goals. * Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. * Strong knowledge of eyelash extension techniques and products. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is highly desirable. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A valid cosmetology or esthetician license is preferred but not required depending on local regulations. * A passion for beauty and helping clients look their best.
