Signature Support Services provides support to people with developmental disabilities in their home, work and leisure environments. Residential Services presently has a Group Home Worker position available. The desired qualifications for this position are as follows: * Female applicants only due to the nature of the support required by the individual we serve. * Good physical & mental health. * A valid Class 5 driver license and reliable vehicle are required. * Educational background (diploma or degree) or 2 years' experience in Human Services Field. * Patient and able to adapt to client needs. * Knowledge of lifts and transfers would be an asset. * Experience in personal care. * Exceptional organizational and communication skills. * Positive team player who is goal directed. * Flexible to work days, evenings and weekends Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $21.27 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Disability insurance * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance Language: * English (required) Licence/Certification: * Driver's License and reliable vehicle (required) Work Location: In person- LocationGrande Prairie, AB
