The right candidate will be encircled by over 48 years of experience, under 10 premium dealerships offering the most extensive selection of luxury, sport, commercial, and quality vehicles in the local area. *What We Can Offer You:* * Competitive compensation * Dental, Medical, Vision Benefits/Extended Health Care * Pension plan with Employer Matching Contributions * Employee product and service discounts at all retailers * Employee Assistance Plan * Employee Appreciation Events * Years of Service rewards program * Opportunities for Career Development *The Marketing Manager is responsible for the management and implementation of Group and dealer level marketing & promotional activities.* *Qualifications:* * University or College graduate in digital marketing field and/or *minimum 10 years? experience* in similar marketing profession; * Experience managing websites and SEO; * Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice; * Experience in CRM, email marketing and social media; * Excellent interpersonal customer relations and communication skills; * Excellent hands-on experience in using software such as Photoshop, Canva, Adobe etc. * Experience in event management; * Luxury experience preferred; * Excellent attention to detail; * Strong organizational skills with a self-motivated approach to completing tasks efficiently. * Proven ability to manage priorities and consistently deliver high-quality results. * Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; * Knowledgeable or trainable on company operations. *Marketing Responsibilities Summary:* * Responsible for R. Ferri Automotive group dealer marketing management (Ferrari, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, BMW, MINI, Subaru, Ford and Lincoln). * Facilitate development of dealership marketing initiatives, including organizing of dealership events, local sponsorship activities and promotional material; * Generate leads: Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website. Devise and implement strategies to drive online traffic to company websites and conversion into dealer visits. * Utilize company CRM to execute direct-to-consumer communications; * Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns; *Marketing Responsibilities:* o Digital Marketing Management: * *Dealer websites:* Ensure website operations, content management, monthly updates with manufacturers programs, liaison with service providers, system configuration and maintenance. * *Digital Advertising:* Media planning and budget, campaign implementation, creating coordination and implementation (develop ads, video adaptation) supplier management, coop coordination for each brand. o CRM: * Oversee CRM strategy and systems * Planning, implementation and follow up of all CX driven campaigns * Work with external and internal stakeholders (GMs) o Event Management: * Event planning, implementation and follow-up. * Coordinator of events (test drives, launch events, auto shows) for the group, including set up and running event operations. * Work with external and internal stakeholders o Sponsorship coordination: * Coordinate community initiatives/sponsorships * From set up to follow-up, and KPIs o Social media coordination: * Strategy at group and dealer level * Manage all content and posts * Coordinate agency support * Performance monitoring o Other roles: * Management of all media channels, dealer specific * Budgeting and cost control, process invoic- LocationVaughan, ON
