*Job Title:* Outside Sales Representative
*Position Summary:*
Our ideal candidate will be organized, ambitious, self-motivated, and interested in joining an aggressive sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads in the designated area. They will also monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. If you have prior experience in this industry and outside sales with a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you.
*Job Overview:*
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for growing the sales, industrial laundry cleaning and rental services of Coverall in the Wood Buffalo region and surrounding areas. They will receive support and guidance from the President and are expected to find creative and innovative strategies to achieve sales goals.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
Under the supervision of the President, the duties and responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative include, but are not limited to the following:
\*Present our unique product features and great services to potential clients
\*Direct sales of Armour Ready products
\*Convert competitor accounts into company accounts and increase customer base using creative sales strategies
\* Develop business relationships with businesses in order to create mutually beneficial partnerships
\*Attend trade shows and regional conferences to showcase our products and services
\* Promptly respond to sales enquiries and strive to convert enquiries into sales
\* Use PowerPoint and related tools for potential client presentations
\* Schedule and communicate short-term and medium-term client visit plans, including logging customer interactions and reminders
\* Prepare and submit internal sales reports, including status report, activity report and analyzing open quotes generated
*Minimum Requirements:*
* Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience
* Microsoft Office proficiency required especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
* Must be able to travel when required
* Full Class 5 Alberta Driver?s license
* Clean Driver?s abstract
*Key Relationships:* _Customers_, _Sales Team_, _Management_
*Working Conditions:* Office setting, Outside canvasing to various customer locations
*Physical Requirements:*
When required, there will be probability of having to load and offload inventory to display for potential customers.
Must be able to bend, climb stairs, and continuously stand or walking
