*Job Description:*
SignalChem Biotech Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of human resources functions. This role involves supporting HR initiatives, maintaining compliance, and providing administrative and operational support to employees and management.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
* Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new hire paperwork is completed.
* Create training materials and onboarding modules to ensure smooth employee onboarding and adjustment into the company.
* Maintain and update employee files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
* Track employee leave and attendance records.
* Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
* Manage HR correspondence, such as employment verification letters and policy updates.
* Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
* Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
* Support HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction.
* Update and maintain HR databases and systems.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position.
* Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., ADP, Monday.com).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
*Preferred Skills:*
* Experience coordinating recruitment or onboarding processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
* Problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
