Let?s make a difference in fire protection?*together*. *Position Summary:* We?re seeking a dedicated *ITM Sprinkler Fitter* with a strong understanding of fire protection systems, a passion for craftsmanship, and a commitment to upholding the highest safety standards. *Primary Responsibilities:* * Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on various fire sprinkler systems. * Conduct annual, quarterly, and monthly inspections on sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and standpipes. * Perform maintenance for fire pumps, air compressors, and backflow systems (an asset). * Conduct hydrant flow testing and inspections. * Accurately complete and submit inspection reports, detailing any deficiencies. * Address and resolve fire equipment deficiencies as identified. * Participate in on-call rotations for both daytime and after-hours service. *Service Work & On-Call Responsibilities: * * Must be adept at handling a variety of service calls, diagnosing system issues, and implementing effective solutions promptly. * Clear communication with customers is essential to ensure they understand the issue and receive high-quality service. * Fitters are expected to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation, responding to service calls independently and providing necessary solutions when required. *Qualifications: * * Valid *427A Sprinkler and Fire Protection Installer* license. * Strong knowledge of *NFPA codes and standards*. * 4 Years Fire Sprinkler experience (*required*) * Proficient in using iPads for reporting; experience with Inspect Point is an asset. * Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. * Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. * Valid *G Drivers License *with clean driving abstract * Residency in the GTA preferred *What We Offer:* * *Competitive Benefits*: Enjoy competitive wages, health and dental coverage, and access to insured work vehicles. * *Growth and Development*: Comprehensive training, in person and through our online education portal.
