*Job Description* Raj Grocers Inc. is seeking a delivery truck driver who has strong experience with driving heavy duty straight trucks in the GTA. Steady daytime hours and no long-haul trips. *Responsibilities:* - pick up and deliver goods mostly within the GTA - load and unload the truck - plan travel and schedule delivery route - perform pre-trip inspection of truck - assist customers with matching goods being delivered *Required Work Experience:* - at least 3 years of heavy duty commercial truck driving experience - proven ability to operate electric pallet truck - experience dealing with food and household cleaning products is preferred *Skills:* - ability to work well under time constraints - attention to detail to ensure accuracy *Education/Credentials:* - minimum DZ Truck Driver's License required *Security & Safety:* - clean driving record check (abstract) *Languages:* - must be able to speak, read and write English *Working Hours:* - start 8:00 A.M. - regular daytime hours (no overnight travelling) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Experience: * heavy duty truck driving: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: * DZ license (required) Work Location: In person- LocationEtobicoke, ON
