Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Dusty. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Tasks: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems. Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications. Estimate parts and labour cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs . Perform scheduled maintenance service. Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements. Area of specialization: Engine repair. Electrical and electronic system. Diagnostics. Brake system. Fuel and emission system. Automatic transmission. Engine repair and overhaul. Auto body repair.
