The FDR Group of Companies is growing, and we need a Director of Finance to guide the financial systems that empower us. We are searching for an experienced leader to join our team of high-performing professionals to help keep our finances insightful and instrumental to our continued success in Canada and the United States. The Director of Finance will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on our company operations, helping us to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position. This seasoned strategist not only understands current accounting practices/trends and has proven experience with preparing financial reports and analysis for C suite executives. As a member of our senior management team, he or she will be comfortable in a leadership role that demands clear communication and presentation skills.

*Schedule:*
Monday to Friday 8:30 am ? 5:00 pm
*Job responsibilities:*
* Provide guidance and leadership on corporate strategic planning
* Ensure compliance with Canadian and US regulatory requirements
* Responsible for all financial and management reporting
* Responsible for budgets and forecasts
* Develop and Maintain Financial Models
* Design and develop KPI reports
* Manage Cash flow and prepare Cash flow forecasts
* Create and maintain monthly financial statements
* Perform ROI and portfolio valuations
* Responsible for contract management
* Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis
* Perform other duties as assigned
*Skills:*
* 10+ years of experience in the similar role
* MBA in finance or a relevant field
* CA, CPA, or CMA
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Experience with SOC 2 compliance requirements
* Experience in financial services/ real estate industry preferred.
* Strong leadership skills
