The E-commerce Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store. This role involves processing online orders, managing product listings, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth fulfillment. As a key part of our small team, you will help us deliver a seamless and positive shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: * Process and fulfill online orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products. * Update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images on our e-commerce platform. * Handle customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, or phone, addressing any issues or concerns related to online orders. * Assist in implementing and managing promotional campaigns, discounts, and sales. * Track and report key performance metrics like sales, returns, and customer feedback. * Collaborate with the in-store team to maintain consistency between various online platforms Qualifications: * Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or order fulfillment (preferred but not required). * Familiarity with e-commerce platform Shopify/Amazon/Other Marketplaces * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a small team environment.
