You'll collaborate across teams, provide critical insights, and contribute to strategic decisions while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic workplace. *What You?ll Do:* * Analyze financial and non-financial data to support decision-making. * Prepare comprehensive financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support business initiatives and strategic planning. * Report on financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. * Partner with accounting to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. * Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, including platform management (e.g., Vena). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights on financial performance. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze variances against budgets and forecasts. * Drive cost analysis, enforce policies, and improve workflows. * Assist with audits and provide data as needed. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. *What You?ll Bring:* * *Education & Accreditation:* Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA (completed or near completion). * *Experience:* 3+ years in financial analysis or a related field. * *Skills:* Advanced Excel proficiency, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills (oral and written). * *Knoweldge*: Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. * *Attributes:* Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and results-driven. * *Nice-to-Have:* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor BisTrack) and Vena Solutions. * *Key Competencies*: Situational Adaptability, Collaboration, Manages Complexity, Decision Quality, Optimization of work processes *Why You?ll Succeed:* Your strong business acumen, ability to prioritize under pressure, and entrepreneurial mindset will support your success in the role.
