*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection and meets our high standards.
*Duties*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
* Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
* Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of all food items.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
* Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality standards.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new techniques and recipes.

Pay: From $16.25 per hour
Expected hours: 25 ? 30 per week
