BGC Wolf Creek is seeking an Early Childhood Educator Assistant for our *Blackfalds *location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment. Job Responsibilities: * ??Engage with children in a supporting and nurturing manner. * ??Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety of facilities. * ??Demonstrate a proactive, appropriate and positive approach to behaviour management issues and conflict resolution situations. * ??Assist in program development and ensure compliance with licensing regulations. Qualifications and Requirements: * Minimum 18 years of age. * Minimum Level 1 Childcare Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months through online course). * Clear Criminal Record check with Vulnerable Sector check * Valid First Aid/CPR certification (preferred but not mandatory). * ??Previous experience working with children preferred. Hours: * ??21 Hours a week * ??2:30PM- 6:00PM Monday to Friday * 9:00AM- 6:00PM PD Day (every other Friday) * ??Schedule subject to change Renumeration: * Level 1 Child Care Certification 16.00/hr + $2.64/hr * Level 2 Child Care Certification 17.00/hr + $5.05/hr * Level 3 Child Care Certification 18.00/hr + $8.62/hr Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00-$18.64 per hour Expected hours: 21 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday Application question(s): * Are you 18 years of age or older?
