Calgary and surrounding areas *Job Description:* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care and support to our clients. *Duties and Responsibilities:* * *Personal Care:* Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. * *Light Housekeeping:* Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and dusting. * *Meal Preparation:* Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences. * *Companionship:* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in conversation and activities that promote well-being. * *Respite Care:* Offer temporary relief to primary caregivers by providing respite care services. *Qualifications:* * Must possess a valid Health Care Aide Certificate. * Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. * Recent CPR certification. * Current police clearance. * Registered with the Alberta Health Directory. *Salary:* * Starting at $18 CAD per hour.
