*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others. *Duties* * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations. * Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable products or services. * Upsell additional products when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues. * Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism. *Requirements* * Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is desirable. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. * Proficient in using computer systems and software for record keeping and communication.
