With 7 facilities in British Columbia, advancement is performance-based and our culture is based on the 4-P's: People, Purpose, Profit, and Play. * We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team for the Highstreet ( Abbotsford ) facility. Are you outgoing, hardworking, and looking for a career in the fitness industry? This is your chance to start working and grow with our company. *Key Responsibilities * -> Provide exceptoinal customer service to our gym members --> Conduct a sales process with our prospects at the first moment of their contact; -> Generate sales through providing guests with tours of the facility, referrals from members, and online leads; -> Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets set by management; -> Resolve any customer inquiries through professional communication via telephone, e-mail, and in-person -> Prepare and present sales reports to management on a daily basis; -> Maintain knowledge on Anytime Fitness? history, background, facilities, and policies; -> Ensuring Cleanliness and Organization of the fitness facility! *Qualifications* Completed high school; Strong passion and willingness to learn and grow; Motivated to reach sales targets set by management; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; *GYM/FITNESS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED;* *MUST be available weekday mornings * NOTE: This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
