*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service, upselling menu items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. *Duties* * Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. * Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. * Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while demonstrating knowledge of the menu. * Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. * Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction. * Sanitate tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health standards. * Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including processing payments and providing change. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. * Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all guests receive prompt service. *Requirements* * Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests. * Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both guests and team members. * A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are highly valued.
