If you enjoy working in a fast- paced environment, take pride and ownership in what you do and have exceptional customer service skills, then we want you on our customer service team!Air Borealis is currently seeking applicants for a Flight Follower position in Goose Bay, NL.Job Duties:Provide flight following for all Air Borealisflights for the area of operation;Check and monitor weather conditions;Prepare and flight and weather packages for flight crew;Monitor passenger and cargo loads for all flights;Responsible for the daily line up; compiling information, updates accordingly, circulation;Maintain radio communication with all Air Borealis flights;Provide coordination of ground services, counter services and flight crews with respect to arriving and departing flights;Coordinate the aircraft assignments and service ability with maintenance;Coordinate crew assignments with crew schedulers and flight operations while abiding Transport Canada regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);Coordinate the passenger/cargo loads with Commercial to ensure efficient movement of aircraft; Identify and present any impact to the operation or client;Coordinate the loading/unloading of aircraft with Ground Operations;During periods of irregular operations responsible for identifying alternate solutions to a successful operation while working in a team environment;Maintain constant communication with the St. John's operations center on the status of all flights using the daily line up and company software programs;Other duties as assigned.
