Company: Company 3 Position: HR Generalist Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid) *Pay Range: $47,000 - $71,000 CAD annually Position Summary: The Human Resources Generalist will function as a trusted advisor to all employees at all levels, including senior management, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and strategic solutions. This role manages the full employee life cycle for their aligned business unit. Additional responsibilities include delivering efficient HR services including interpreting and applying HR policies, performance management, organizational and management development, employee relations, employee coaching, organizational analysis.
