I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions. <br> <br>I am looking for a Payroll Technician for my client, a group in the repair sector. This is a permanent, presential position in Mont-Saint-Hilaire.</p><p>More specifically, you will have to: <br> Ensure the complete payroll cycle: <br> Manage and maintain the punch and time management system; <br> Maintain employee files; <br> Recommend, develop and coordinate projects to improve remuneration management practices/policies/procedures with a view to attracting and mobilizing staff. <br> Count employee timesheets as well as customer timesheets to <br>preparation of invoicing; <br> In conjunction with the OHS representative, coordinate the company's health and safety and prevention activities; <br> Ensure the processing of complaints at the CNESST and manage active files; <br> Complete and compile various HR reports <br> Manage group insurance memberships as well as updating current files <br>of employment and upon termination of employment; <br> Manage training needs: recommend training and coordinate the organization of training <br>these, according to the needs identified; <br> Compile information relating to training: legal obligations and renewal of training with deadline; <br> Ensure certain responsibilities that arise from the hiring of foreign workers (arrival and departures, handling of special cases, etc.) in support of the recruitment agency; <br> Keep informed of existing laws and/or government measures regarding remuneration and be the resource for their proper application;</p><p> Training in administration or a related field (DEP, AEC, DEC, or certificate) combined with work experience in payroll processing of at least 5 years; <br> Experience with payroll processing in a CCQ/RBQ universe <br> Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding remuneration; <br> Experience in payroll processing with the Nethris system an important asset; <br> English-French bilingualism <br> <br>PROCEDURE: First interview with Romane Dumaine, recruitment advisor, then with the finance director. <br>To apply: www.fedfinance.ca <br>To contact me: (438) 376 5485</p>
