*Job Overview* We are looking for an experienced and skilled Indian Sweets and Desserts Cook to join our team. This role requires a professional with in-depth knowledge of preparing authentic Indian sweets and desserts, capable of working independently without supervision or training. Key Responsibilities ? Prepare a variety of traditional Indian sweets and desserts, such as Gulab Jamun, Jalebi, Rasmalai, Ladoo, Barfi, and Kheer. ? Independently manage the preparation process from start to finish, ensuring quality and consistency. ? Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. ? Track inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain ingredient stock. ? Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Qualifications ? Minimum of [2 years] experience in preparing Indian sweets and desserts. ? Strong expertise in traditional recipes and preparation techniques. ? Ability to work independently, without supervision or training. ? Familiarity with food safety regulations and best kitchen practices. ? Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Work Environment ? Full-time or part-time position, depending on availability. ?
