*Overview* We seek a dedicated and stern center/chairside Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. *Responsibilities* * Ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. * Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories. * Sterilize instruments and manage infection control protocols in compliance with safety regulations. * Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care. *Experience* * Previous experience as a dental assistant is preferred, as well as a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology. * Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix. * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role. * Fluent in English communications * the position is not for internationally trained dentist; please do not apply Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 ? 30 per week Benefits: * Dental care Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Vancouver, BC V6R 2B3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Dental Assisting: 1 year (required) Language: * English (required) Licence/Certification: * Certified Dental Assistant (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-12-09- LocationVancouver, BC
