The centre accompanies children in their journey of exploration and growth, offering a wide range of courses, including language learning, academic subjects, and after-school tutoring. With independently developed curricula, a strong faculty team, and tailor-made educational plans, Moca aims to empower students to achieve well-rounded development across multiple domains. * We are looking for marketing coordinator, Successful candidates should have relevant teaching experience and educational background corresponding to these levels, and is *capable to use apps like ????(xiao hong shu)? and ?instagram?, and is able to perform basic graphic design tasks.* _*Key Responsibilities*_ Educational Background * A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Graphic Design, or other related fields. Work Experience * Relevant work experience in the fields of Marketing or Graphic Design. * Candidates with relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, Adobe Certified Associate) or prior experience in the education industry or managing social media accounts will be given priority. Additional Skills * Ability to design engaging and innovative content and marketing campaigns tailored to different target audiences. * Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer. * Basic skills in web editing, including HTML and CSS. * Capable of analyzing market data and social media performance metrics and providing optimization suggestions. * Familiarity with data analysis platforms like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write creative copy and collaborate effectively with team members and clients. * Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of planning and executing multiple tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality. * Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a dynamic work environment. * Keen awareness of new trends and tools in marketing and design, with a commitment to continuous learning. * High attention to detail, ensuring professionalism and consistency in design and content outputs. * Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred, especially the ability to create marketing content and communicate with clients in both languages.
