*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate with fresh ideas and a flare for design to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to help customers select tile and related products to achieve their dream space! through effective communication and product knowledge. It begins with customer greetings,helping in the product selection, signing out of possible samples and finally placing their order. Must be able to carry 20-30lbs. At a time when needed. Customer service is important to us on every level ! *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. * Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette. * Stay informed about new products and technology trends to effectively sell items. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. *Experience* * Previous experience in interior design a must. * Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation. * A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in every interaction.
