Scope of the position Inside Sales Support is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to customers, branch Outside Sales and Counter Sales staff. Duties and Responsibilities * Support Outside Sales and Counter Sales staff in the growth of all HVAC-R products * Provides technical support to both RSL staff and customers. * Provide equipment selection and job quotes on refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment to assist the sales department in fulfilling customer requirements. * Compare multiple supplier offerings to provide the best solution for the customer and RSL. * Answers customer calls and provide information and solutions. * Participate in staff and customer product training. * Coordinate and schedule customer orders. * Maintain- LocationSaskatoon, SK
