What you'll do at BTS Working with the Principal Learning Strategist and the learning design team, you'll craft a highly creative learning solution that is pedagogically sound and can add value to the customer's business challenge. This includes: Solution design - Designing engaging and impactful learning solutions Writing (creative/persuasive) Supporting our production team with execution Client interaction - Guiding clients throughout the project and actively collaborating with them to design a solution that meets their needs. Key deliverables/activities include: Design documents, Scripts, Collaboration with the production team, Client meetings What we are looking for Location: Office is based in Toronto and candidates must reside within the Ontario or British Columbia provinces.
