*Job Summary* The Bar Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bar and beverage program. *What You'll Do:* Assist the General Manager with all aspects of the bar, its team, & handle tasks including: * Manage the bar while on shift - ensure team members are upholding our service and bar standards, and assist with expediting, and bar maintenance. * Assist the GM in operations - bar inventory, and ordering. * Developing team members to ensure consistency of performance, food and drink quality, and hospitality. * Ensure all routines are completed up to established operating standards * Build a relationship with local reps * Curate cocktails and keep beverage list relatable *Who You Are:* * Passionate about technique, quality, and innovation. * Understand the difference between customer service and hospitality and strive for excellence in both. * Team oriented, reliable, and focused on cleanliness * Proven experience in restaurant management and supervising teams * Proficiency in using POS systems * Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is considered an asset * Background in bartending This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to lead a dynamic team in delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
