*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will have experience in a variety of dental procedures. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive environment that values patient care and professional development. *Duties* As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities will include: * Performing comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosing oral diseases. * Developing treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. * Conducting various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. * Utilizing CAD software for precise dental restorations. * Maintaining accurate patient records using Dentrix and other dental software systems. * Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. * Collaborating with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow. * Staying current with advancements in dentistry and best practices in patient care. *Experience* Candidates should possess the following qualifications: * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. * Experience working in a dental office setting is preferred. * Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health record systems such as Epic is a plus. * Experience or interest in pediatrics is beneficial for working with younger patients. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. * A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of dentistry.
