A company that provides practice management software to dental clinics in Canada is looking for a dynamic and experienced SaaS sales representative to join their team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This role requires a strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of SaaS solutions, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect and engage with potential customers to drive new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts. Drive customer adoption and retention through proactive account management. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of the SaaS solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close new business deals. Promote the company's services and solutions at industry trade shows and conferences. Requirements EDUCATION & TRAINING A college or university education in business or technology is valued, but proven success in a similar role would also be considered. WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting KPIs. Successfully working remotely. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Excellent deal-closing skills. Strong communication and virtual presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers. Experience with CRM software and sales tools. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for technology. OTHER Must have a business functional home office. Benefits Base salary.
