*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. The Pharmacist will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals at Fanshawe College *Responsibilities* * Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate medication therapy. * Prepare and dispense medications accurately while adhering to safety protocols. * Provide patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions. * pharmacotherapy. * *Experience* * Active pharmacist license in Ontario * Strong communication skills Join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients through exceptional pharmaceutical care!
