*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team as we are growing. New Grads welcome. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a strong commitment to patient education, preventive care, and maintaining a clean and safe environment in the dental office. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments on patients of all ages. * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care. * Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. * Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and medical histories accurately in the dental software. * Assist dentists during examinations and procedures as required. * Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure compliance with infection control standards. * Manage patient records efficiently. * Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment for patients. *Skills* * Proficient in customer service with a focus on patient satisfaction. * Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry. * Experience in dental assisting is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with dental office procedures and operations. * TRACKER practice management software experience is advantageous. * Understanding of orthodontics practices is beneficial for patient care support.
