*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering a variety of esthetic services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in body waxing, makeup application, and eyelash extensions will enhance the overall experience for our clientele. *Duties* * Perform a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, makeup application, and eyelash extensions. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products. * Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare products and techniques. * Upsell additional services or products based on client needs and preferences. * Provide excellent hospitality to ensure a positive experience for every client. * Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations. *Qualifications* * Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations. Willing to train right individuals * Experience in laser hair removal facials, or related services is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment. * Sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty products or services. * A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to help clients achieve their skincare goals. * Additional skills in hair styling or product demonstrations are considered an asset.
