*Job description* Duties: - Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings - Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs - Inspect and test HVAC systems to identify any potential problems or malfunctions - Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure proper installation and operation of HVAC systems - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Requirements: - Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance procedures - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes - Proficient in using tools and equipment commonly used in HVAC work - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Skills: - HVAC knowledge: Extensive knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. - Appliance repair: Experience in repairing various types of appliances. - Plumbing: Knowledge of plumbing systems and ability to perform basic plumbing tasks. - Building: Understanding of building structures and ability to work with construction materials. - Maintenance: Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment. - Schematics: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics. - Mechanic: Strong mechanical skills for diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues. - Mechanical knowledge: Solid understanding of mechanical principles related to HVAC systems. - Boiler operations: Knowledge of boiler operations and ability to perform maintenance tasks. - Welding: Basic welding skills for repairing or fabricating metal components.
