We offer competitive compensation packages, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training and development opportunities to help our team members reach their full potential. *Duties and responsibilities:* * Working with clients to detail specific project deliverables * Creating a timeline of goals to be met * Developing project plans for clients and staff * Delegating project tasks to teams best suited to complete them * Tracking project performance and analyzing deliverables against requirements * Ensuring that all budgetary objectives are met, making adjustments as needed * Overseeing junior staff and teams to ensure that work continues on budget and schedule * Building reliable and highly-skilled subcontractors database *Skills and qualifications:* * At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential renovation * Familiarity with specific software packages and management tools * Advanced analytical and time management skills * Budgeting and financial knowledge * Working knowledge of spreadsheet software * Management and leadership skills * Communication skills, both written and verbal * Demonstrated ability to manage residential/commercial construction, restoration and renovation projects * Ability to understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule * Contacts with subcontractors are considered an asset *To apply for this position*, please *submit your resume* and cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
