*Warehouse Manager - Saskatoon*
*About the Role:*
We?re looking for a Warehouse Manager who is ready to take on the challenge of managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you?ll be responsible for overseeing everything from receiving and inventory management to staff development and safety compliance. Your focus will be on ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while also driving improvements that help us stay ahead. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse operations and most importantly, leading and managing teams effectively.

Aquifer Distribution Ltd. is a retail and wholesale plumbing, water treatment, water systems, municipal water works, pumps, and HVAC distributor. Our mission is to provide the highest level of personal customer service to our customers while being the most complete one stop company in our market. *Work Hours:*
Typical hours are 8:00 am ? 5:00 pm Monday ? Friday. Occasional overtime and Saturday scheduling will be required.
*What You?ll Do:*
· *Manage Operations*: Oversee the full cycle of product receipt, storage, and distribution, ensuring everything is handled according to established procedures and safety protocols.
· *Lead the Team*: Train, mentor, and support a diverse group of warehouse staff, helping them grow professionally and meet performance expectations.
· *Prioritize Safety*: Implement and enforce safety standards across the warehouse, conducting regular safety walk-throughs and addressing any risks or incidents.
· *Control Inventory*: Keep track of stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure everything is in the right place at the right time to meet demand.
· *Drive Process Improvements*: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse efficiency and implement changes that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve performance.
· *Reporting & Analysis*: Regularly report on warehouse performance, inventory levels, safety metrics, and any challenges to senior management, with actionable insights for improvement.
· *Ensure Compliance*: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures, particularly around safety, inventory, and documentation.

· *Safety Minded*: You know the importance of safety and can implement the necessary measures to keep the team safe and compliant.
