*Position Summary*
The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of Miami Fades, ensuring a top-tier customer experience while managing staff, resources, and business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining a motivated team and achieving operational efficiency. The GM will lead efforts to grow revenue, enhance community engagement, and ensure Miami Fades remains at the forefront of the grooming industry.
*Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership*
? Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staff oversight, and resource allocation, to meet business goals.
? Lead and mentor a team of barbers and support staff to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring they uphold Miami Fades? standards.
? Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
? Oversee inventory and vendor relationships to maintain supply levels and control costs.
? Conduct regular performance reviews and address employee concerns in alignment with company policies.
*Customer Loyalty and Membership Program*
? Promote the Miami Fades Vault Membership Program, encouraging customer loyalty and overseeing initiatives to retain and grow the client base.
? Manage customer feedback professionally, taking steps to resolve issues promptly and improve service quality.*Community Engagement* ? Represent Miami Fades in the local community, attending events and building partnerships that enhance brand loyalty and visibility.
? Encourage team involvement in community initiatives, positioning Miami Fades as a supportive community hub.
*Training and Staff Development*
? Implement ongoing training programs to enhance barbers? skills in customer service, product knowledge, and Miami Fades? signature techniques.
? Foster a supportive environment focused on team growth, professional development, and continuous improvement.
*Adaptability and Innovation*
? Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to keep Miami Fades competitive and innovative.
? Act as a catalyst for change, continuously seeking ways to improve services, operations, and customer experiences.
*Leadership and Culture-Building*
? Create and maintain a positive, inclusive team culture that aligns with Miami Fades? mission of diversity and community engagement.
? Model professional behavior and Miami Fades? core values, inspiring trust and motivation among team members.
*Qualifications*
?Education: Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
? Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in a retail or service environment.
? Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team effectively.
? Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated commitment to delivering and managing exceptional customer service.
? Financial Acumen: Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory management.
? Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
? Industry Knowledge: Experience in the grooming/barbershop industry is a plus.
